Discussing enterprise plans


I submitted my request to discuss my app 2 weeks ago (which I followed up on here: https://forum.oxforddictionaries.com/api/discussion/226/getting-approval-and-discussing-caching-for-my-app#latest) and so far I've only received an email that just told me what's already in the terms of service.

I really need to discuss enterprise plans, and there is no other way for me to proceed with my app. Passing questions back and forth with a 2 week turnaround time is really frustrating.

Can someone please reply to me? I don't mean to be rude or overbearing, but I am a paying customer and this communication process is so slow and confusing that I'm starting to have to consider rewriting my app to use another API.

    Oh, I'm very sorry we were late in getting back to you!
    I know it's no excuse, but with the V2 migration we've had a lot more correspondence to deal with though all the channels.
    I understand that my colleagues have now got back to you by email, but let us know if there is anything else you'd like to discuss.
