Discussing enterprise plans


I submitted my request to discuss my app 2 weeks ago (which I followed up on here: https://forum.oxforddictionaries.com/api/discussion/226/getting-approval-and-discussing-caching-for-my-app#latest) and so far I've only received an email that just told me what's already in the terms of service.

I really need to discuss enterprise plans, and there is no other way for me to proceed with my app. Passing questions back and forth with a 2 week turnaround time is really frustrating.

Can someone please reply to me? I don't mean to be rude or overbearing, but I am a paying customer and this communication process is so slow and confusing that I'm starting to have to consider rewriting my app to use another API.
